Depending on your pools materials, Spring Pools recommends a simple Inline Chlorinator or a chlorine generator “Salt System”. Both are effective and are a convenient way to keep your pool sparkling clean and sanitized. Another very effective way to sanitize your pool is with an “Ozone System”. Ozone is introduced into the pool and kills 99.99% of the bacteria in your pool. You will still need to introduce a small amount of chlorine to the pool to address algae. We recommend Del Ozone’.
Yes, Spring Pools will contact the 811 Notification Center, who will in turn notify all the utility companies to mark their underground lines. Depending on your electrical provider, you are responsible for having the electrical line located from the transformer to the meter on your home. If needed, Spring Pools can recommend a company, who will locate your electrical line for a fee.
Yes, Spring Pools can add an Outdoor Kitchen, Patio Extension, Pergola, or Fire Pit to your new Pool. We also can renovate your tile, coping, and interior. As part of building your new pool, we instruct you on how to maintain and use your pool equipment in our “Pool School.” Other services Spring Pool provides are repair or replacement of your pool equipment.
The access used for pool construction will be final graded and ready for sod installation at the completion of the pool. The owner will be responsible for re-sodding and or landscaping around the perimeter of the pool after the construction has reached completion unless otherwise contracted with Spring Pools to do so.
To come up with the number of gallons of water in your pool; multiply the average length times the average width, times the average depth. Then multiply that number by 7.48. (Length x Width x Depth x 7.48).
We extract as much information from you concerning your pool likes and dislikes. Let us know whether you desire straight lines or free form curve lines. You may like to add a water feature, a spa, LED lighting, an interior pebble finish, or home automation. We design your swimming pool by computer and will present you a presentation. The presentation will include complete price itemization and equipment specifications, along with 3D video of the design. We will repeat this process until we have designed the pool of your dreams.
Yes, Spring Pools loves to hear from our customers. If you ever have an issue with your pool or a general question, we are always a text, call or email away for as long as you own your pool.
The pumps, filters, heaters, cleaners, lights, sanitation, and automation systems come with a three-year manufactures warranty. Other items such as valves and actuators come with a manufacturer warranty of one to twelve months. The craftsman of the pool has a one-year warranty. (Deck not Included)
It depends on the complexity and the weather but usually takes no longer than 4 to 6 weeks.
